+ How far in advance do you usually book?

Usually 8 to 12 months in advance, but sometimes it is over a year.

+ How long have you been in business?

We have photographed hundreds of weddings in over 12 years.

+ Have you photographed at my venue?

We have been to numerous venues around Houston and can adjust to any low light conditions such as a church or sunset ceremony. Scroll down to view a list of venues.

+ How long is the turnaround time to get the images?

The turnaround time for weddings is 6 to 10 weeks and portrait sessions are 2 to 4 weeks. Please keep in mind that every image is edited individually to make sure it looks fabulous

+ Are the photos on your website edited?

Yes, all photos are edited with various adjustments such as white balance, exposure, saturation, hue/luminance, sharpness, cropping and other corrections. Prints and albums will also get touch ups as needed.

+ Is there a retainer or deposit to reserve our wedding date?

Your event is very important to us and as such we only book one event per day. For this reason, a retainer of 25 to 50 percent of the total price along with a signed photography agreement is required to reserve your date. This amount will go towards your remaining balance.

+ What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Master card, Discover, American Express) as well as checks and cash. Please note that checks will need to clear before products are delivered.

+ Do you require full payment before the wedding?

Unlike other vendors, we never require the full amount up front. We want to make it easy for you, that is why we split the total amount into several equal payments. We am very flexible and can create a custom plan for monthly payments to meet your budget.

+ Do you charge sales tax?

The State of Texas require 8.25% sales tax on everything that is sold, please make sure to add this amount to your photography budget.

+ Do you travel outside of Texas for a wedding?

Yes, we will travel anywhere within the continental U.S. for your destination wedding. Just pay for he cost of mileage or airfare, hotel, meals and tips. We prefer to arrive a day before your wedding to avoid any delays.

+ What is the next step to book?

First email us to check for availability. You will receive a proposal with the detailed pricing and an agreement to review and sign online. At this time you can also make your first payment (retainer) to finish the booking process and reserve your date.

+ Can you pencil in our date for now?

Unfortunately we cannot hold a wedding date without a signed agreement and retainer payment, thank you for understanding.

If your photo lab is requesting a release to print your photos, just click on the link below. You can copy and paste it in a word document then enter the current date, your full name, and print it or email it to your lab. Download a copy of the print release.
